had to good long weekend with family. Headed to sparring now.

I got my computer fixed. codydonovan.com is back to bizz and usual. Sorry Ive been away.
Busy day. Training with Loren Landow at noon. Metting with Bryan Cash at Max Muscle Highlands Ranch at 130. Wrestling with Leister Bowling III at Grudge Sports – Grudge Training Center at 4pm, and teaching at High Altitude Martial Artstonight. I enjoyed my week off, time to get back to work. 
Had a great weekend at Bellator. Mississippi treated us well. Gonna rest a day or two, and get right back to it.
